On 6 June I received a Call from a Cell C Sales consultant who sold me a contract for R199p.m. It took them till 08 July and email messages from me before the phone was delivered. So today, I am supposed to be able to down load applications. Never in the whole conversation with their Sales dept. did this Rep mention that on top of my monthly contract fee, I still have to pay an additional R67p.m. to enable my BBM application. This I found out today by phoning them and trying to get them to activate this application. I told the lady I was talking to, that if that was the case, I am cancelling this contract. I then, she tells me have to go to a Cell C store. The cheek! They are the, now I have to spend my time and fuel to take back their product which was sold to me under false pretences! I will not leave this matter here! They better see that they send those couriers to come and collect this phone. I will rather go back to Vodacom! And if they dare to take money off my bank account, i will sue them! All future customers, be warned! MTN gives you R100 airtime, 100 sms's, free BBM, for R150p.m. What'sup etc. Whatever made me decide to go with CEll C?
