I once again had to physically go to Canal Walk because you cannot get hold of Nashua Moble telephonically, in order to find out what my repair quotation was. No-one had the courtesy of phoning me to advise me what that was. I signed the quotation to go ahead with the repairs. I provided my insurance company with that quotation in order to process my claim, which they have. I was told by nashua mobile that my phone was ready for collection yesterday. I went to the store to collect. After waiting half an hour to be assisted because there were only 2 people working, I was handed back my broken phone. NO REPAIRS HAD BEEN DONE. I have now been without a phone since the 13th. This is also because one of the staff advised me to put my micro-sim in a cut-out and put that in me spare phone -which it damaged and I now have to throw that phone away.
