INSURANCE PROBLEMS

Hi

I have attempted on NUMEROUS occasions to cancel my insurance.
Firstly going into any MTN outlet and requesting to have my insurance cancelled only to be told that I need to contact them via my cellphone on 083 123 6084 or a consultant picks up one of their phones and calls on my behalf???

Problems Identified:
No synchronization of systems to other departments to do things in-store, which I can see is low on MTN's list of working efficiently and effectively.
Contacted MTN Contract call centre (808) and the consultant was kind enough to tell me that he was sending a mail to the insurance department to contact me back and put me through to the Insurance department... I am still waiting on the call?? and I waited for about 30Mins and there was no response
0831236084 NO CONSULTANT IS "EVER" AVAILABLE, I have waited upto an HOUR to no avail

I am Extremely displeased with the service offered by the MTN and will be moving to another Provider at the end of my contract.
