I gave my daughters blackberry in for repair I did not receive all the facts when booked in phone.
They returned the phone stating malicious damage and it is beyond economical repair!!! My daugther definitely did not do it on purpose nor break it at all.
And gave the phone back without giving a replacement phone and now they have the audacity to charge
Me for a NOT REPAIRED phone!!!
I think it is time that cellphone suppliers stop ripping of there customers
I don't even have a signed copy of the collection slip as that day printer was faulty... How ridiculous??
