VODACOM CLEARWATE MALL'S SERVICE AND COMMITMENT

I have been loyal customer for aprox 20 years and spend on average R1500 monthly.

When looking at the Hellopeter stats I can understand why I have a complaint about BAD SERVICE. On the 26th of June 2013, I went into Vodacom Clearwater to take out a Talk 200 contract and port my daughters number from MNT (pay as you go) - a consultant by the name of Shaun assisted me. My daughter needs access to cell phone contact as her father is extremely ill, lives in JHB and she stays in Mooi Nooi. NEEDLESS TO SAY TILL TODAY THIS HAS NOT BEEN DONE.

My daughter and I went into the store this Saturday after numerous calls to Vodacom customer care and the branch, each of who reply contact the other. Long story short. I then cancelled the contract and a female representative assisted and provided me with a letter confirming that the contract would be cancelled and took back the phone that was provided in the contract.

This morning my daughter's MTN number (pay as you go) has been stopped... once again I REITERATE THAT HER FATHER IS GRAVELY ILL, resulting in unnecessary stress for her and myself.

The service has been PATHETIC, I will be looking at converting my contract to MNT or CELL C
