Hi I laid complaint against mtn for refusing to fix my blackberry 9360 that went in for a software upgrade and came back broken and they wanted to charge me R1500 for cosmetic repairs. On the 28th of june received a phone call from mtn saying they are in the proses of sorting out the phone but wanted to know if I had the phone in my possesion. I then informed them that the phone is still I there possesion and that I haven't received the phone back from them. They then informed me that tthe phone cannot be found on there system. On the 9th of july at about 09:00 I received a phone call from mtn kenilworth informing me that the phone is at the shop ready for me for pick up. I asked if the phone is repaires and the sales lady informed me that they not going to repaire the phone after they told me for a second time that they going to fix the phone. Mtn has been making promises and not keeping it what do I do now I nwwd my phone repaired thank u
