I upgraded my wifes phone 2 weeks ago and asked the contact centre agent (Mohammed) to deliver the phone to the Grove mall in Pretoria. The call was quick (10 min) and I was told 3 - 5 business days then I will have the phone. I received a sms from Nashua mobile a couple of days later stating the phone is ready for collection at Somerset West... That is more than 1000km from where I asked them to deliver it.. After phoning the call centre again and speaking to Mohammed, he apologized and said it was a "system error". I was told they will deliver the phone free of charge at my house by last week Friday. It's now Tuesday and I have not received the phone yet. I called the call centre again and after waiting 20 min on hold for a agent to track the location of the phone my call was just cut.. Nashua mobile has made me plenty of promises and none has been delivered. They have done nothing to keep me in the loop on whats going on.. I am not satisfied with this level of service.
