On 4 July I wrote to Cell C about their deteriorating network connections in Brackenfell, Cape Town, and in Linden and Parkhurst in Johannesburg. The network is always busy or there are network errors.
Incoming calls never come through and SMS messages only upto 8 hours later.
Of cause I got no response from Cell C .
They just send an automated answer and then dead silence.
This is not the first time I had to revert to Hello Peter to get a response out of them and I see I am not the only one with complaints about them.
