Once again MTN has found a way to aggravate me even more. received a call from a Lady 2 weeks telling me that MTN will not believe me that i have cancel a contract/ number two years ago after it clearly shows that the number has been "INACTIVE" since the day i cancel. without a ref no, or the letters i signed to cancel that number, mtn will not refund my money. i (the client) must go to the branch and i must request a letter from the branch stating that their systems have changed and i cannot retrieve any information before this year, pretty pathetic!!! then i get told i "FEEL" after two years i need a refund? now i got a letter threatening to list me for a debit order which return because mtn didn't change the date after i continuously went to branch and requested for the date to be changed. this is unacceptable and i request mtn to do their jobs and get my refund sorted out asap because when they were debiting my account they made sure they got their money on time
