I ordered a sumsang tab from cell c on contract on the 084145 number on the 28 June 2013. 9 working days and 5 follow up calls from myself later, i still do not have my phone and when i request to cancel my order they claim they do not have my details. I have been promised call backs but i have received none. This in all honesty is realy bad customer service. How are we supposed to trust and change to Cell C when there is such bad customer service?
