INCOMPETANCE / NOT DELIVERING ON PROMISES

I gave in my Blackberry for repairs at the Repair Centre in Green Acres. When I went to pick it up two weeks later, they lady told me that it coult not be repaired and because it was still under guarantee, they will REPLACE the phone and give me a new one. I got the phone and left. In the meantime I relocated to Mossel Bay. My phone started giving problems again and I only then noticed that it was a REFUSBISHED phone and not new. I contacted Chris, the Branch Manager in Green Acres and he apologised profuosly and said the it should not have happened and I must give in my phone at Mossel Bay Langeberg Mall. The report that was logged on the jobcard said " operating system was hanging and phone was previously faulty with a speaker problem also" Chris assured me that they will send me a NEW phone.. It is now a month later and nothing has happened. I received a phone call on Thursday 23 May where I was informed that my phone was ready for pickup. I went to the Langeberg Vodacom shop and asked for my phone. After looking for the phone for about 10 minutes, the informed me that they could not find it. Job nr 8883941-35223866 Where is my NEW phone i was promised by Chris.
