Cell C responded very quickly initially. I had two calls from two different people in two days. Kishan first and then Godfrey. Spent ages explaining where I live right down to the GPS co-ords. Then nothing! Not a word have I heard from Cell C since. I suppose the fact that my 1 year prepaid contract has now expired means that they no longer care. I have been battling to get assistance from them since March. So effectively I have lost 4 months worth of data that I paid for in advance. One would think that the least they could do was offer some sort of compensation.. The smile has once again become a frown.
