Cell C does their own thing

I have 2 seperate Cell C prepaid data numbers. One my own, and one for my work. My own one expired last year, and the work one will expire in March 2013. On 11 January 2013 I applied for my expired one to be activated as a new R99 per month contract. Cell C in their wisdom decided to activate the account on my work one. I now sit without a personal one, and my work wont pay for the contact one. I have spend HOURS on the phone to Cell C trying to get the mistake rectified. I visited the Regional office in East London, also with no sucsess. I have spoken to Warren, Godfrey, Lorraine, Noluvo, Ranzo - no one can fix the mistake, and then they just disappear and do not call me back. I asked for the original recorded telephone conversation on 11/01/2013 where the contract was recorded, but again, no sucsess. I asked for the contract to be cancelled, no sucsess. WHAT MORE MUST I DO Cell C? are you all totally useless or is there someone who can help me an do what I, the customer wants?
