Dear Sir / Madam
I do not really know where to start, I had a Cell C contract - I think in 2008 last, when I was suppose to upgrade, I spoke to a Cell C agent that I have decided not to upgrade this time... i didnt receive any confirmation or feedback from them, I can't even think that i purchased a phone worth more than R 2000.00 through them. A couple of weeks ago I received a letter from Pholosa Attorneys asking me to contact them on doing so they told me Cell C handed me over because I owe them R 4500.00 I tried to explain to the lady I do not have any Cell C contract currently as i use prepaid... She just told me that if I cant prove it i will pay the amount outstanding. I have know idea what to do or who to turn regarding this, because l said to the lady i cannot perform magic and produce a letter, what am I suppose to do... She wasn't very forthcoming and i really need some assistance, some guideline regarding this matter. Thanking you in advance and hoping that you can assist. B.C. Vania
