Reconnection fee

My line was reconnected last month after it had been disconnected for about 2 days. I now get my invoice and I see that that I was charged a reconnection fee of R171. That is really a rip of if you ask me. I will not be paying the reconnection fee as it is way too much.
Please can I have some feedback with regards to this URGENTLY.
