Vodacom
Cellphone warranty

Hi
I took my phone to the Vodacom customer service centre on Saturday (The assistant was terrible) as it didn't want to switch on. They called me on Sunday (7 July 2013) to tell me that i had to buy a new Battery as mine was damaged and was out of Warranty, Iasked how long was the warranty and they told me its 12 months. I told them that if that's the case then my phone is still within Warranty as we are on the 12th month, but I was given more excuses than I care to include on the complain, in Short they do not want to replace my battery and are claiming that my warranty has expired (yet we are on the 12th month of the warranty). I called them this morning and I think the guy (Mr Six Years) that called me back was a manager, he was so rude to me on the phone and didn't want to hear anything I had to ask or was seeking clarity on. He didn't give me a chance to talk. I am so disappointed by the service that I am waiting for my contract to finish and I will move my business to another service provider. This is the worse service ever, from Vodacom after 13 years of being a loyal customer. The Job card number is 9006006-12284080
