Poor Service

It saddens me to lay this complaint against the Old Fort Road Vodacom Branch. I've always been a fan of Vodacom, be it their service or the actual network itself, until recently. My Blackberry has been giving me trouble, from freezing to switching off completely, giving me error messages and asking to reload software. I've taken the phone in twice within a month, and the problem occurred again. I then took it to the Umhlanga repair centre where I was informed that they could not assist me and that I needed to take it back to old fort as it was within 3 months of the last repair. I did not have the time to take it back to old fort road so I tried to load the software on my own using the desktop software. The phone was repaired but temporarily once again. I then drove to old fort road this passed Saturday only to be turned away at the door. They had closed at 12pm. I was there at 12.20pm. There were 2 other people turned away too The trading hours as per the website is as follows: Durban 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Mon. to Fri 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday Closed on Sundays (031) 304-1845 This is not customer service. What is being repaired if I need to reload software every month???
