Lackberry booked 4 times and still not helping

I have booked in my 9900 with vodacom in durban old fort road.it was sent to escalations dept in jhb on 4 occasions for the same problem.the job nos are:8650283, 8713678, 8750665, 8781296.everytime it came back fro repairs i used it for maximum 4hours and the same problem started again.on my 3rd time when i picked the phone up from durban i switched it on in front of the staff and made few good calls.in front of them it started rebooting.but i must say i have recieved excellent service from vodacom in durban old fort road.i kept in touch with a female name rolien from escaltions dept in jhb and she kept saying send it back.the phone was recently taken out on contract and on top of the contract i paid a huge cash in.well they just send the phone back saying nothing is wrong with it.how can nothing be wrong when on my last booking in at vodacom in durban there was 2 consultants who had saw with their own eyes what is happening.i didnt have my phone for over 2 months now and everytime i have to drive 100km just to book it in.is this fair to me.all i asked is just for the handset to be swopped out.how do i get to enjoy my contract.what service is this.
