I have a bb 9810 torch. Went to your Old Fort Road branch on Tuesday (07/01/2014) for a software upgrade. I was greeted by Tracey Govender who did not fully explain the process involved in the upgrade. Nonetheless, I was charged R150-00 (& I am your client) to backup my data.
Went back around 3pm that day to collect my phone. The consultant could not reset my [Email Removed] password and referred me to a few websites - to no avail. I have today called 082155 - who also could not assist me.
Between blackberry and vodacom - why do you offer a mobileemail address when there is no way to recover my password???
