I upgraded my cellphone in April of 2012, I had a blackberry and upgraded to a Samsung. Since then, MTN has been charging me BIS every month. I do not see how this makes sense, and when I went to the constantia branch I got brushed off and they said it is my responsibility to de activate the service.
This is a which I am fully prepared to take to consumer court. I know my rights under the CPA and urge someone from MTN to contact me.
