Sold wrong product???

KK DUBE with ref no -9006060321 came to my place on the 05/01/2012 telling me about a new telkom product which is free for the first three month called ADSL.
she say it's internet and landline for free and i advise i do not need internet, to cut the long story short in february 2012 i receive the first invoice and when i call to inquire why am i been billed i was told is to show the usage.
Then invoice keep on coming then i ignore them as i was told it was for usage purpose. Until late 2013 when i receive a call from the debt collectors that Telkom has handed me to them to collect the money. When am inquiring with Telkom am been send from pillar to post.

Each day am been harrased by debt collector calling me stupid and been told i must pay my telkom account.
Where is treating customer fairly and cosumer protection act
