Still no service

This follows my previous report when Telkom scheduled an installation date for my telephone line but just never arrived! My line was supposed to be installed on Friday 24th Jan. After phoning Telkom on Monday 27Jan I was told that my installation has moved to the 21st Feb, almost a month later, without any notification! I requested an escallation date and was told that someone would phone me within 4-6 hours to give me an earlier date. Up to today 31 Jan I havent received any phonecall and still no line! I'm so frustrated with Telkom but its clear being the only provider that there's absolutely no rush!
