SSL 24 hours turnaround - not even close

On Monday the the 1st of July 2013 I contacted WebAfrica via phone about installing SSL on my website. I was told it usualy takes 24 hours to action this and that is costs R400 for a 1 year SSL certificate and R50 P/m for a dedicated IP adress.

I happily agreed and set the process in motion

By Thursday (120 hrs) - nothing had happened so I phoned them and was promised speedy response.

We are now at Friday evening and still, after numerous calls, and ticket updates, no SSL (but I have already been billed R400 for the SSL and R50 for the dedicated IP)

I believe that I have now shown enough patience.

If WebAfrica responds to this post. Please don't respond with 'I am shocked' as that reply is getting old rather quick.

I believe we have two options here:

1. We devide the R400 by the amount of days it actually took to complete this service (I paid R400 for a 24 hour service)
2. We cancel the whole SSL deal and I find someone else to do this for me (someone that actually delivers in the time frame they advertise)
