I contacted OUTsurance for a quotation in response to a much advertised drive to beat my current quote or they will pay R400 if the quote cannot be beaten. In this case unfortunately I was owed R400.00. I spoke to Sevile the call centre agent who was actually outstanding on the call, on Tuesday afternoon when he advised you had sent me a link via email to complete and obtain my R400.00.
It is now Thursday afternoon and I am still waiting for the link after several calls to Sevile who advised me there is a problem with the IT situation and just no longer responds to me. I have checked with my IT department who advised there is nothing pending to come through to me.
My problem here is that I am now beginning to feel a bit awkward as I feel I am bugging OUTsurance to stick to their drive to get the R400.00 promised to me. The is becoming a bit embarrassing. Please can you respond to me urgently.
May I just add how outstanding the service from Sevile was initially on the first call? I currently work in a call centre and I can assure you that was a "good call".
