I got quotes from numerous companies for car insurance including OUTsurance. Saw their promotion where they would pay you R400 if they can't beat a quote. Well... they couldn't. I have been trying since Friday 19 April 2013 to claim this R400. I am just given the run around. From wrong numbers to they will come back to me. Nothing up to now. I don't think it is acceptable. I you advertise something then you have to live up to it.
