REFUSAL TO PAY

I have been without a sim card since 24 June 2013. Due to autopage being insufferable. I do not see why I have to pay for services that I did not receive. Especially because I tried to have the sim swop done. It is not my fault if autopage is incapable of maintaining their paperwork. Therefore I will only pay a prorata amount for July. worked out as such: (24.06.2013 to 05.07.2013) 12 Days no service. I will not pay any R49 reconnection fee because I had warned autopage in advance of the action I will take. The prorata deduction is R208 that will be deducted. I expect to be contacted in this regard urgently. Should autopage NOT reconnect my services I will deduct further.
