Deduction of none approved money

I would like to know how can Autopage deduct money from my bank account after the cancellation of services. I have phoned Antionette at the Bloemfontein branch on differrent oucations and was told that they have cancelled the account, but still the debit order is going off. The manager at the Bloemfontein branch Wynand is also incompetent and was suppose to phone me and sort this mess out but he does not care.

All in all Autopage owes me R1085 for money deducted and I would like to know if Autopage have financial problems that they don't pay my money back. If I dont receive any feedback from you I will just have to go and see my lawyer. Autopage is rendering a pathatic service and I will discourage anyone from doing bussiness with them. CANCEL MY DEBIT ORDER AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!!
