Very very very poor services

My problem is still not resolved. I took a contract out on the 27 July 2013 at autopage. And still I dont have a cellphone. So I must pay for something that i dont have. With the previous report Nelisiwe mthembu gave us a credit for the time we didnt use the phone. I got the sms on the 10 september 2013 that the credit have been approved. And then on the 16 september they deduct the money from my bank account. This means what autopage are saying to you is completely different from what they are doing. This is the badest services i ever received

Autopage DOESNT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

I please want someone that can help me with this problem as soon as possible.
