My contract with Autopage Cellular was terminated in June 2013. At the end of October 2013 I was billed R390.96, on a photostatted letterhead for a 'look-for-me' service I did not have. I called their call center and the lady assured me that it was incorrect and that she would sort it out. Never heard anything from them again. Last night my account was debited with the amount. I had the same problem with Autopage about two years ago and am going to warn all my friends on Facebook and Twitter that Autopage takes money which they have no right to take for services that were not rendered or authorised. I would like an apology and the funds reimbursed.
