Still no action after initial complaint

After complain on Monday 25 June, Setfree responded and promised both credits will be sorted out within a week. Friday July 5, and nothing has come through, and NO further communication since original call, so NO RESULT from original complaint. So, what has changed? Who do I complain to now?
