I sent an email on 21/01/13 with full details regarding a complaint, & besides the automatted response, I do not receive any further communications from Cell C on subsequent emails. Phoning Customer services does not help, as they can not put me through to a manager or I hold for 10 min without my call being answered. So what do I complain about here, the original complaint? or the fact that nobody is attending to the complaint? Please tell me what do I tell my 12yr old daughter who bought the cell phone with her own savings & now is sitting without her phone for 3 months due to incompetence of your staff & is not receiving the new cell phone as mentioned by your consultant at Festival Mall. I wonder if the complaint actually has been investigated at all!!!
