Yes Funiwa has been incontact with me but I am still waiting for an email from her as discussed with her since we spoke on Tuesday. I need a full report of when did they start debiting my dad's account and the last debit order, I know he reversed the one in June 2010 as we have already been incontact with them to stop debitting but they never stopped, he then reversed it then went to a cell outlet in Eastgate the following day thats when he was given a cancellation form to fill and they faxed it.
