I have twice complained here on HelloPeter, in most urgent terms about lack of follow-up concerning poor performance of our 3G stick.
On both occasions, here on HelloPeter, I got a template response from persons unknown at cell c, both times with the phrase, "we are not impressed" - hehahehahahaheheha! Both times they promised action, and both times, nothing happened!
I am more than disappointed, and I am more than disgusted.
I now demand:
A reply here on HelloPeter signed BY NAME by a particular person at cell c, with a direct number to THAT PERSON - not to a department or call centre. I furthermore want THAT SAME PERSON to call me ASAP, and keep calling me till they get through to me.
I demand not to have more of my time wasted by an empty template response signed "Cell C | TK" - if I get this, well, cell c will be taking things onto a whole new level.
Over to you, cell c...?
