I still had no feedback from Cell C on my original complaint other than receiving an e-mail about a consultant who will call but never did. I think the best way to resolve this is issue is through the CPA or to cancel the contract because Cell C have no intentions of resolving my problem other than continue to bill me for their mistakes.
If this problem is not resolved within the next week I will definitively consult with the CPA and or cancel my contract with Cell C for bridge of contract
