so after Ruth called me, she had promised me i will get my phone this week, so i called Cell c to check up on the status of the phone, and was told you guys are SOLD OUT??? and maybe get stock only next week, i should call again.
when i first applied and was approved this contract, Lerato told me you guys have 132 units on hand, WHY didnt you guys then already pull one from your inventory and prevent things like this happening?
I am soo disappointed in you guys!
now why did i cancel my contact with my original service provider for this?
aaaaiiii Cell C, you guys say we must challenge you, but you cant even handle a simple order, never mind anything else.
