WORST SERVICES DELIVERY/COMPLAINT HANDELING

On 14 May 2013 I reported limited to zero 3G communication in the Wierdapark Areas where I stay. This is the situation since I bought the data Contract from Telkom (8ta) in approximately December 2012. Before I could apply to purchased the contract they first had to confirm 3G coverage and confirmed and guaranteed 3G communications where I live. I seldom get one and some times two bar connectivity (3G) and some times nul as recently reported when I followed up on the progress on my complaint. I need at least 3G or better for my work and internet work. Telkom did sent out twice technical people to do test and both confirmed the existing problem. Case no 5989749 and 5983691. But with all my efforts I had to pay for a non existing service and no rectifications has been done till date. MTN had installed some Netgear equipment and an antenna for my phone reception problem but TELKOM is a joker.
