"Telkom is a leading communications services provider in South Africa and on the African continent" - yet, you as the client receive NO service from Telkom whatsoever.
Our internet problem was reported to Telkom on Wednesday 25/09/2013, we were assured that the problem would be resolved as they are sending a technician out - No technician reported to us.
Second follow up call to the call centre: the technician is on his way
3rd call: promised to get back to us before close of business Wednesday afternoon... still waiting.
Telkom was phoned numerous times yesterday, Thursday (26/09/2013) - but to our surprise no information on our logged calls could be given, or on the progress of the problem.
it is a huge struggle without internet, we contacted Telkom today once again, over 60 min on the phone, and absolutely no progress!
Very bad service! No progress reports! No call backs! No problem solving! Disappointed!
