Poor Connectivity/Cell Signal

I was one of those that jumped from my previous provider to Cell C when the Galaxy S4 was released as your data package was the best available. Your ads also promise a 90 something percent coverage across South Africa.

I hate to burst your bubble but if I have a data connection for more than 30-40% of the day then that is a good day. I can be in the middle of Brooklyn or Menlyn in Pretoria and my phone tells me I have lost data connectivity as I left my network area without activating roaming. Why should I have to activate roaming when I am no only within the borders of RSA, but in the middle of the capital city?!

Have I made a terrible mistake switching to Cell C? I am extremely busy and use my phone all day for business. This is not possible since switching to Cell C as I can't make or receive calls and get agitated voice mails from people having difficulty getting through to me.

Please let me know how you are dealing with this problem as I know from my colleagues and friends that I am not the only one experiencing this lack of service.
