I reported Telkom service previously.
On 18 Dec 2013 the Telephone and ADSL went down. Reported it to Telkom fault no 326CTK181213.
On 23 Dec 2013 received an SMS which says the fault is in hand and attended to.
On 27 December Mr/s/Me/? Tshego Matlou confirmed via e-mail that the problem was attended to
On 27 December received and SMS that the fault has restored. It was not restored and used internet to escalate the problem and replied to Tshego Matlou via email
On 30 December a new fault was registered since no feedback received on any of the previous queries. Fault no 511CTK301213.

On 31 December received an SMS that the fault is in hand with technical division.
This is exactly the same story every year meaning that we are without internet and telephone communications. Last year 2012/2013 the service was only restored in Feb 2013. I believe Telkom is dragging its feet and last year even made me pay R300 for a call because there was nothing wrong (according to them - I only have a DSc and really have the knowledge to that it is their fault). Is some one our line?
