How long should I wait?

On 01/06/2013 I sent an enquiry to MTN which was assigned a reference (Cancellation Dept. 100740883& Webmaster 6648827) that my query was escalated to the cancelation department. I waited for the response and waited and waited...

On 03/07/2013 I sent a follow up which was responded to again telling me to wait.

Since my initial correspondence a month has passed which means I've had to pay for one more month.

Exactly how long am I supposed to get an answer?
