I am disgusted at how long I had to wait for an answer from the City of Cape Town for an electricity query! I waited 10min for an answer then I was told I needed to be redirected to another department, I then waited 20min for that call to be answered, only to be told that she can't do anything and she will log a complaint for me that someone else will phone me about!!! The complaint to begin with was the fact that I was charged R620 for a service fee for my prepaid electricity box and its a domestic household which means it shouldn't have happened anyway! I am beyond livid at the way you are ripped off and then to sort out the matter, you wait even longer!
