I sent a letter for cancellation of my studies and refund me my money on October 15th, 2012 as I waited several month for all my study material and till then still did not receive everything. I then received an email from Jacky Malibo on March 13th, 2013. ( 5 Months after cancellation). She then requested me to fill out a form and return the study material that I did receive (Which was done). After calling today they have advised me that it would take 90days from now to get my refund. This is ridiculous I have already waited 7 months for them to tell me to wait for another 3 months!!!
