Reset debit dates

My reference is DMC 573417431, i wish to correct the debit date from date 25 to o1 of each month.
please try to contact DMC for me. i tried to phone but waited too long for response, expendive call.

VIRTUFS account ref: 51875511_VIRTU RITHER DID NOT RECIEVE MY CALL, WAITED LONG. I WISH TO CHANGE DEBIT DATES TROM 25TH TO 01-07-2013
