The credit bureau record is currently reflecting R946 as an overdue amount against the account listed above. This is hampering my ability to transact with credit providers. It is a nightmare to get Telkom to clarify this issue. I am on a prepaid facility and I don't understand why this account is showing as overdue if my account was converted to prepaid in December 2012. I spent 3 months trying to get hold of a department that can resolve the issue without success.
