Unauthorised debits from bank account

I have recently noticed that I have debit order transactions going off from my bank account from the company One Box (Comit Technologies).
I have never once authorised a debit order to come off my account - also I have never even heard of this company/product. How did you acquire my bank details? I would like a refund for all monies deducted immediately!
