I sent in a fault report on the 29th of June 2013 that my phone line has intermittent connectivity.
It was escalated on the 1st of June to tech repair division. It is now the 5th of June and i am yet to get a call from telkom about why i have no dial tone on my phone line and why my internet keeps going up and down at random intervals. I am disappointed as i have recently submitted a Compliment to them. Fault Ref number: 149CWK290613
