I applied for a cellphone contract with Sayg Mobile received everything all was fine. I then lost/misplaced my sim card in February 2013, I have then sent an email to Lerato Ndlovu and Llewellyn Bussack to find out what the procedures are to get a SIM Swop done. No one replied, whenever i phone to speak to Lerato she is either busy on a call, on lunch or not available. On Monday the 01st of July I got hold of her and she advised that she will look into my query and will come back to me. I never received a call back, on Tuesday she told me that one of the Directors are busy with my query and she will come back to me before end of business day. No feedback was provided from her or the Director. Thursday the 04th of July I called again and she was yet again not available and I have left a message still she did not call me back. I either want my subscription paid back to me or the airtime must be given to me for the last six months. And once one of that is done I want to cancel my contract, because the service delivery is pathethic.
