Must pay for the exhausted contract

My name is Matthew. I once had a cell contract with Sayg mobile which I ended up paying for it for 25 months instead of 24. I requested for a statement to be emailed to me of my payments from the first month up to the last month and that was never done. Yesterday one of the consultants phoned me tell me that I'm owing the firm R4000, on top of that she had an attitude with me. I don't take threats and bull from people I don't even know. Sayg mobile has proven to me that they are nothing but a bunch of gold diggers/. And I'm sick and tired of their nonsense. I still want the statement. Now I'm taking this case to court. Sayg mobile is owing me but some stupid freek has the guts of telling me that I'm the one owing. In future please hire qualified computer technicians who will do job well. Your systems are unstable I'm telling you. Everyone is complaining about Sayg mobile service! They should ask themselves why???
