On 19/11/2013 i went to Edgars to purchase something for my wife's birthday. I found earings that i want. I ask person to help me, she said this is not her section she will call someone to assist me. So i was waiting and waiting and waiting while a other staf member was on her phone the whole time. After about 10 min the person came. Wanted to pay for it but my card was blocked (i kind of knew it was going to be) So i was send to the back!!! You should never if possible go there. Everyone in town knows that. Speak to a lady called Lerato. told me she cant call the fraught line someone else need to, no problem. The person that was must call was busy on the other line so i was fine with that. But after 5 min i realised the call was about stock issues, so rhis was a internal call!! Lerato keep on apologise to me for waiting. After 15 min and i'm not lying she put the phone down and start to help people that came in after me?? Even Lerato was shocked to see this. I left my card there and told Lerato i dont want it anymore. So please close my account. I can take poor service level to a point but this has gone to far. Note i dont have my card i left it with Lerato.
