I have a contract with sayg mobile paying 499.00 pm but getting no top up and my bis is not working since September I was promised this will be sorted out By llewellyn but to date I only received a top up of 110.00 via a voucher in November in stead of monthly topup`s of R 135.00. incl BIS
as per Llewelyn "To speed up the process you can forward me your contact number of choice and we can prepare your first load for 1st September 2012"
in November I had to buy a new sim card because the contract card was cancelled
all I want is my airtime since September and was told by beauty that this cant be done as a bulk i have to load my bi every month at the cost of R59 pm which is supposed to be part of my package as I took a blackberry on contract
